Quick Connect represents a significant change in the track industry. Its unique concept translates into several advantages over its competitors. Unlike traditional triangular track systems, Quick Connect uses a “flat” track with “closed” sides covered with UHMW plastic which allows the tracks to “slide” sideways on snow when the vehicle is in a situation of strong lateral tilt. You will be able to better control the trajectory of your vehicle and avoid getting bogged down.
Finally, a track system that no longer throws snow into the air. With its “flat” track, Quick Connect is equipped with small deflectors which prevent the projection into the air of snow, water or mud.
Also finish accumulating snow and ice in the track system which can block their movement. With TrackNgo ‘’ Quick Connect ’’ the drive mechanism is closed and covered with a non-stick UHMW plastic.
With its narrowest width in the industry, Quick Connect will allow you to go to smaller places. The concept of “flat” type tracks avoids interference with the vehicle in tight turns and allows you to use 100% of the steering angle available on the vehicle fenders and to make turns as agile and precise than with your wheels.
Originally developed and patented on the TrackNgo, the front and rear “anti-diving” UHMW flaps allow you to back up at all times and avoid getting bogged down. The tracks have the same performance whether in reverse or in forward directions. This advantage of the anti-diving flaps combined with the traction control “adaptive” D.A.R.T. will cause the track to position itself with the same optimal traction in reverse as in forward. The reverse performance is so impressive that you will no longer be stressed when it comes time to reverse if the vehicle is no longer moving.
Quick Connect uses a track with an ‘’ X ’’profile that sticks to the ice. With a rather soft duro and lips which deform in contact with the ice, it will not be necessary to stud your tracks for the ice. In addition, each ‘’ X profile’’ will absorb energy for better ride quality. We use a very high quality track manufactured by Camso, a leader in this field.
Quick Connect is the only track system where the track is positioned directly under the wheel. The center of the track is directly aligned with the virtual projection on the ground of the pivot point of the wheel called the “ZERO SCRUB RADIUS”. This unique geometry cancels all the traction forces induced on the steering system when cornering. We have developed a concept of cable attachment which connects the front track with the rear track and which eliminates the possibility that a track gets stuck on an obstacle (ice, stump, rock, tree on the ground) and turns over itself by tearing up and destroying the components of your vehicle. This cable is a safety connection between the front and rear track and ensures that one track can ‘pull’ the other track and help it clear the obstacle.
